Our gel nail polish kits are perfect for beginners! Each kit contains everything you need for a long-lasting manicure, including an easy-to-use, portable LED lamp.  Additionally, our 3-in-1 gel polish combines the base coat, color, and top coat in a single bottle for your convenience. 

Follow these simple instructions for a perfect manicure with our gel nail polish kit:

1. File the edge and surface of your nails. Push back your cuticles. Wipe away dust and oils on the nails.

2. Apply a VERY thin (barely there) layer of gel polish. Cure the nail immediately for 30 seconds.

3. Apply a second layer of gel polish and cure again.

4. For full, opaque coverage, apply a third coat. 

If your mani chips after a few days, it may be because of the natural oils in your nails. 20% of women have naturally oilier nails due to body chemistry. Remember to wipe your nails with nail polish remover before you apply gel polish. This will remove the dust from filing and create a non-oily surface to start your application. 

Our 1-step gel nail polish lasts for up to two weeks chip-free. It is easy to apply and remove with our gel nail kit so you can change your color whenever you want.

You can extend the polish for an extra week with our best-selling Gel Shine Top Coat. Simply paint a layer over your gel manicure and cure for up to 3 weeks of a salon-quality, chip-free, high-shine manicure.

Gel Nail Polish Kit Application Tips

• File the surface of each nail to help the gel to adhere to the nail. File in one direction using light strokes. 
• Make sure the first coat of gel polish is VERY thin.
• If you get it on your skin, remove excess polish before curing the nail.
• Cure the nail as soon as the gel is applied.

• Cap the tip of every nail by running the brush along the edge.

The gel nail polish kits include an LED lamp that is timed to go off automatically. The mini is a 30-second cycle and the maxi (larger lamp) is a 60-second cycle. Gel nail polish needs to be applied in ULTRA thin layers. If it is too thick, it can feel like it’s burning under the LED lamp. If this happens, wipe off the gel and re-apply a super thin coat.

• File the surface of the gel manicure. 
• Insert your finger into the Remover Pad with the cotton pad over the nail and let acetone soak into the gel.
• Wrap the packet around your finger and create an airtight seal. Wait 15 minutes.
• Remove the packet. Use the cuticle stick to scrape off the gel.
• Wash your hands to remove any debris.
