After receiving your order and you wish to make a return, you must email us to verify the order number and confirm your information for the return. Please note that the items returned must be in their original packaging and not used. We cannot consider any items that are used, incomplete, ruined, damaged, or dirty for a refund.

If you are shipping within the US, it may take up to 7 days for us to receive it in our warehouse. If you are shipping internationally, it could take up to 21 days for us to receive it. We recommend tracking your package and emailing us to confirm that we received it.

Once we receive your package in our warehouse, it will take 10 days to process and refund you the amount of the order, minus shipping fees.
