4. Remove the packet and gently scrape off the gel using a gel polish remover tool or cuticle stick. 
5. Wash hands to remove debris. If cuticles are dry, apply hand cream. 
6. If you want to give your nails a break or rebuild them, use **Rescue Moi** (with Vitamin B5 & C) for one week to help restore the nail surface.
