Our Shipping Rates and Policies
All online orders are shipped within 2-3 business days of the order being received (not including weekend days). Orders are shipped from the United States via USPS (domestic) or Access Worldwide (international), and take an average of 3 - 5 business days for US shipments and an average of 10-20 business days for international shipments (although sometimes up to 40, depending on the country). Please note that these times do not include weekends and holidays. We charge a flat rate for shipping, as follows:
- USD $5 for the United States on orders under 40$
- USD $7 for Canada on orders under 75$
- USD $10 for Malaysia and Singapore on orders under 75$
- USD $15 for Japan on orders under 100$
As of the beginning of October 2020, we have just been informed that USPS (United States Postal Service) which ships our products to international countries, has stopped sending shipments to Austrialia & NZ by air (as they did before) and are now sending them by sea. This is the reason that many recent orders have been so delayed with no tracking updates online for weeks. Shipping by boat means that it can take up to 12 weeks for an order to arrive from the time it’s ordered!! This is crazy. We are working on an alternative shipping solution, but in the meantime unfortunately we have decided that we are suspending shipping to Australia and NZ. Please accept our most sincere apologies for the inconvenience! Please check back here or send us an email for updates.
We currently offer free shipping within the United States for orders over USD $40 and in some other countries for orders over USD $75-$100. Certain restrictions may apply, so please contact us for more details if you are unsure your country is included.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email from us with your tracking number. Please note that all US shipments can be tracked via USPS, and international shipments may be tracked via Access Worldwide or USPS depending on your country. If you have trouble tracking your package, feel free to email us with your order number, and we can check its status for you.
For our international customers, please note that our products are shipped from the US. From time to time, your local country’s customs may hold the shipment and request that you pay customs’ duties; this is rare but it can happen on occasion. Please note that all customs’ duties are the sole responsibility of the customer and we are not liable. Thank you for understanding!

For the following USA addresses, we have a few shipping restrictions:
- Shipping to military addresses:
- FPO (Fleet Post Office), APO (Army Post Office
- Shipping to zips starting with:
- 006-009 Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands
- 966-969 Hawaii and Guam
- 995-999 Alaska
While we currently DO offer shipping to these addresses, please note the following:
- Shipping time may take around 21 business days or more
- Once the package leaves the continental US, we cannot guarantee final delivery. The buyer takes responsibility for this package.
- We prefer to ship to non-military addresses or addresses within the 48 continental United States, because for these destinations, we can guarantee delivery. If you would like delivery to the above or international addresses, we can certainly do so but please understand that the arrival of the package will be the buyer’s responsibility. Thank you for understanding!
Our Refund and Return Policy
Please review your order carefully before confirming and submitting payment. Once your order is paid and you have received order confirmation, cancellation or changes unfortunately cannot be made, as your order will be already released for processing. If you do not wish to keep your order once it is received, you may choose to reject the package from the courier or you may return the package back to us. Any return shipping fees would be incurred by you. Items returned must be in their original packaging and not used. Once we receive your package in our warehouse, we will refund you the amount of the order minus shipping fees. We cannot consider any items that are used, incomplete, ruined, damaged, or dirty for a refund.
If you find you have a defective product, we will be happy to replace this for you (at our expense), if you can provide photos and video of the problem. We have a very low defect rate, but as with any manufactured product, it does happen from time to time. Please contact us directly if you encounter this and we will be happy to assist you.
If your package is extremely delayed (as can happen sometimes with international shipments), you may contact us if you prefer a refund on your order. We can provide refunds on the product cost + the shipping cost, if the package can be returned to us and/or the delay of the shipping is due to our fault or the fault of our shipping agent. However, we cannot provide full refunds if the package is safely en route to your address, or if the package is undeliverable due to the mailing address being submitted incorrectly to us. In these cases, the shipping fee may not be refunded to you. Please check your address details carefully when you submit your order to ensure that there are no delays with your shipment. Refunds as related to shipping delays will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us with any specific questions.
